Where can I find my license key for SMP?

Following successful payment, you will have received an email to the email address used when purchasing, containing your unique license key. (Note: the email will have also contained link(s) to download the product you have purchased).

If you need the license key again, but cannot find it, you can use the following URL's to retrieve it yourself.

Note: You will need to know the email address you used when purchasing, and the Subscription/Profile ID that was created in PayPal (login to your PayPal account to find that).

If you have any other problems retrieving your license key, then please raise a support ticket letting us know the product in question, your purchase email, transaction number and date, and we'll email it to you asap.
