Should I use a VPN or Proxy?

It is not strictly necessary to use either a VPN or proxy when creating accounts. If you are only ever going to create 1-3 accounts from your device/machine, then its is fine to do so without a VPN or proxy.

If you are likely to create more than 3 accounts from the same device/machine, then it is recommended you use either a VPN or proxy when doing so.
